Welcome ToComplete Rehab
At Complete Rehab, our specialty is neuropathy and our mission is simple: Regardless of the diagnosis, we strive to deliver complete, compassionate rehab to all patients with the goal of improving their function and/or performance by addressing deficits to maximize their potential.
If you struggle with neuropathy, your peripheral nervous system has a difficult time transmitting information between your central nervous system and the rest of your body. As a result, you might experience numbness, weakness, pain, or a number of other common symptoms from nerve damage or deterioration in your legs, feet, arms, hands and other areas of your body. This can result in significant discomfort, reduced function, and a lowered quality of life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you completely get rid of the neuropathy and the resulting symptoms, such as pain, burning, numbness, pins & needles, tingling , etc.?
In a lot of cases, we have completely eradicated the neuropathy and resulting symptoms our patients are experiencing. The effectiveness of the treatment will depend on the origin of the nerve changes and how soon you seek treatment. The longer you wait to address the issues, the worse they will become.
Does every patient receive a custom treatment plan?
How many patients have you treated?
Brett has treated over 8000 patients since 2003 with an exceptional success rate. Brett also works with the Veterans Administration and has received referrals from as far as Duke and Johns Hopkins Hospitals’ Neurology Departments and currently receives patients from 30+ different Neurologists and 50+ Primary Care MDs.
When should I make an appointment?
As soon as you can! Early treatment of neuropathic pain and other symptoms leads to better outcomes and less time having to deal with frustrating issues.
Does your clinic treat other conditions?

- Nerve Damage
- Pain, Strength, or Endurance Issues
- Burning in the Feet or Hands
- Carpal Tunnel
- Neck and Back Pain/Stiffness

At our neuropathy clinic in Clemmons, North Carolina, we will work with you to understand exactly what is causing your neuropathic symptoms, so you can experience relief.
While medication can help in certain situations, this isn’t our first response, and we work hard to identify solutions that can provide results on a long-term basis. In fact, it is rare that we are unable to improve or completely heal a patient struggling with neuropathy.
