Being in my senior years I’ve had my share and more of health issues are and this area has some great doctors and facilities and I’ve never really had a bad experience! Complete Rehab, Brett and his staff are the second to none!Every person I met and dealt with from being welcomed signing in and treated by are superb in every way. If everyone could be treated and treat each other it would be amazing!My neuropathy pain was taken care as Brett promised and everyone from June, Sam, Loretta, Parker, Chandler and Cole were above and beyond anything i expected!If you need care, Complete Rehab is top of the list and I say that truthfully.I will and would recommend them to anyone.Thank you Brett June, Sam, Loretta, Parker, Chandler, Cole and rely coming on board, Hope.👍

I came to Complete Rehab hoping their Neuropathy treatments would help mitigate my symptoms of Raynaud's Syndrome in my fingers and toes. I knew they could help with Restless Leg Syndrome from which I also experience symptoms. Over the course of my treatments, we achieved about a 90% reduction in the frequency and severity of my Reynaud's episodes, and complete freedom from Restless Leg symptoms. Since my Reynaud's episodes are thankfully seasonal (some people have symptoms continuously), I was very pleased with the outcome. Brett told me that I may find that I need to come in for a "tune up" if/when the symptoms return again in full force next winter. Sounds like a plan!In the course of the treatments, I interacted with about everyone on the Complete Rehab staff, Each one was friendly, engaging, kind, quick to offer a smile and encouragement. Anyone would feel "among family" there.

Suffering with numbness, burning cold feet is a problem. as a Veteran I have followed the procedures as outlined by the VA medical facility. It helped but after finding CR Rehab and following the treatments I have now relieved about 90% of my systems. I know that 100% is `the goal, but after 6 back surgeries, getting to thr point of being able to sleep at night is a great stride forward.I would recommend talking to Brett and ther staff at CR Rehab about your issues, each person is treated for their specific needs.Allow yourself the choice of relief, after several weeks of treatment Iam 90%-92% better!Able to sleep better and move around with less pain.Give yourself the opportunity to get relief.Try CR REHAB!!

I really enjoy my visits to Complete Rehab. After only five visits I was out in the front yard throwing the football with my grandson. I had been unable to do that up until now. This is after 10 years of really bad pain in my feet. I really enjoy my therapy visits. Brett Duffy and his great staff have created a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes me actually look forward to every appointment. Brett I give you an A+!!

I was referred to Complete Rehabilitation by my neurologist as they work to solve medical problems without surgery. I was having nerve pain. The pain at night was interrupting my sleep. Something had to change.My first meeting with Brett was a discussion about health concerns. He suggested a change in diet and to follow his process for treatment. I was diagnosed in 2005 with neuropathy by a neurologist. It was unspecified for cause and no treatment was recommended. Physicians noted through the years neuropathy was present, but no treatment was recommended. I was recommended to Complete Rehab by an individual whose wife had researched and identified Brett Duffy as having years of verified success in treatment of neuropathy symptoms. I was provided a thorough and informative consultation by Mr. Duffy and OT specialist, Samantha Puckett. The consultation was eye opening in identifying root causes of my condition and presenting evidence based solutions to address my symptoms of pronounced numbness in toes, feet, and lower legs, loss of hair on legs with accompanying lack of balance in walking. Ms. Puckett was assigned to me specifically from the beginning of treatment in assessing, treatment objectives, interventions and recording of progress. In the weeks of therapy treatment engaged in, Ms. Puckett was outstanding and exemplary in her knowledge of issues and how to address them, focused professionalism, inspiring enthusiasm and positive energ. She practiced a high level of skill in administering techniques and using time optimally during the treatment service. The results in the weeks of treatment were remarkable in effectiveness, determined to be 60 or more % restored feeling in toes, feet and lower legs, with strengthened stable balance in walking utilizing Infared/ultra sound treatments, specific exercises, and detailed instruction on foods allowed or not permitted for increased oxygenation of blood to restore sensation in feet and legs. I highly recommend Complete Rehab, the team of wonderful engaging staff of support and OT, and a particular shout out for the exemplary attention, expertise, concentrated engagement of skills and applied techniques by the multi-talented Ms. Samatha Puckett.

TIn my case, neuropathy has been an insidious condition that has worsened over time. I have had numerous treatments including back surgeries, epidural injections, physical therapy, acupuncture and implanting of a spinal cord stimulator. The stimulator has decreased pain but has not helped with the numbness.Complete Rehab was my last resort for relief. Various medications have also had limited effect. I was initially skeptical about the infrared light therapy, but I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it.Bret Duffey uses a holistic approach of infrared light, ultra sound, massage, targeted exercise and proper nutrition. Unfortunately, I did not receive the relief with respect to numbness but did improve my functioning. First of all, my edema in feet and lower legs was resolved. I have been using my cane more often than my walker. I am hoping to walk without assistive devices event eventually. I have been able to resume driving after not driving for several years. The moment I met Brett for a consultation of the issues I was having.with neuropathy I felt I was in the right place. I have been followed by a neurologist for 2 years for neuropathy. My symptoms were primarily tingling, numbness and perceived heat in both feet. After taking supplements for a couple of years, my symptoms remained essentially the same. My neurologist suggested that I try Complete Rehab. Over the years I have seen numerous advertisements for miraculous "cures" for neuropathy and I had no expectations for the treatment offered at Complete Rehab. I just considered it a possible "snake oil" that I could at least try.From my first phone call and speaking to June, I found the entire staff of Complete Rehab to be informative, compassionate, friendly and professional. Again, I had high hopes and low expectations. I can honestly say the perceived heat in my feet was gone after the first treatment! I was so thrilled, and I continued with the treatments and followed Brett's recommendations to follow a low carb diet and drink plenty of water. After 5 weeks of treatment 3 days a week, I have a significant decrease in numbness/tingling and the heat has not returned. I will say the symptoms not gone completely but they are significantly diminished, and there are many days that they don't even cross my mind.I am a retired School Psychologist and have worked with young people for 38 years. I don’t have the words to express how amazing Complete Rehab has been for my husband. My husband had a minimally invasive decompression for spinal stenosis that left him with debilitating nerve pain post op. The nerves that had been compressed from the stenosis swelled once the lumbar was opened up. My husband was in agony with standing and sitting. He was so weak he could hardly stand. I’m a nurse and I researched treatments for nerve pain. Total Rehab came up. Infred treatments are FDA approved and covered by Medicare. After just one week of treatments the pain dramatically decreased. By the second week the pain went down even further. He went from hardly being able to stand to being almost pain free. I would recommend this to anyone. The staff is very nurturing and loving as well. Brett Duffy, the owner is knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. Don’t sit home in pain. As a long term cancer patient, my neuropathy has worsened to the point of making even short walks too painful. Brett’s treatment has, in 3 weeks, allowed me to lose restless leg pain, and return to enjoying my former activities. The staff is genuinely supportive,; and the treatment painless and healing. Highly recommend this treatment.

I was at complete Rehab for a month for my treatments, drove 4 1/2 hours from where I live. Cannot say enough about Brett and his knowledge and expertise in his profession. I am completely amazed with my experience at Complete Rehab. I suffered from neuropathy damage in my feet and it was starting in my hands when I was introduced to Complete Rehab. I made the appointment with no expectations of any changes due to always being told by doctors there is nothing you can do for neuropathy damage. I was completely sceptical and was not even planning on going back for therapy until after my consultation. I was placed in a room with several other patients receiving therapy as well. I sat and listened and thought well...maybe, just maybe. So I went back and on the third visit I felt something in my worst foot. I was amazed! With each visit I was more and more blown away with the changes taking place in my feet and with the breathing exercises Brett had introduced me to, I was having no symptoms at all in my hands. I am amazed at how all of the staff are so connected with your care. It is like visiting family with each visit. I have finished my therapy at Complete Rehab but I have not finished with my care as it is such a great feeling when Brett takes the time to call to make sure I am still doing fine. Brett Duffey specializes in all kinds of Neuropathy and during my treatment, I witnessed how he and his amazing staff tailor their treatment and use of proper FDA-approved equipment to remedy neuropathy, based on individual patient symptoms and the type of Neuropathy that's been diagnosed. I went to Complete Rehab with burning pain in both my feet that also included tingling, numbness, and the feeling of a thousand needles stabbing my feet over and over again. Horrible pain! I suffered with this pain as my primary doctor, as well as a podiatrist and a spine specialist told me there was nothing I can do about it, except to take gabapentin for some symptom relief. I have had neuropathy for around 4 years. I have tried everything from medicines to creams just about everything. My foot doctor asked me if I have tried any therapy on my feet for the Neuropathy. I told him no, he suggested to try out Complete Rehab in Clemmons. I thought well I have tried everything else so I would give it a try. I went to Complete Rehab and it was the best decision I have ever made. My feet don't hurt at night anymore and I can get a good nights sleep. I can now feel my feet, I haven't been able to feel my feet stepping on to the ground or onto stairs. Now I can feel my feet when I am walking. Brett and his staff are wonderful. If you have Neuropathy I suggest you make an appointment with these folks at Complete Rehab. I was to the point that I though I was just gonna have to deal with it the rest of my life. Don’t wait, don’t walk , but run to Complete Rehab. I’m a cancer survivor🙌 but developed chemo induced neuropathy in 2019. Since then I have experienced debilitating pain every day with no hope in sight. It wasn’t until I started going to Complete Rehab a month ago have I been able to live without debating pain. I can wear shoes, walk, and get some sleep for the first time in over 2 years! Brett and his wonderful and professional staff will help you live again. I’ve been to Duke, Wake Forest Baptist, and several neologists and specialist to only be told that they have no idea how to cure the neuropathy and give opioids and other neurological medications to help me deal with the symptoms.

While having severe pain and burning in my feet and toes, especially in my right foot and toes, I decided to go see Brett to see if he could help me. I could not stand bed sheets to touch my feet and toes, or to wear shoes at times. I was skeptical, but I decided I had nothing to lose. Although I have been diagnosed with neuropathy, I had seen several specialists and they decided neuropathy was the primary issue.
