“I have had neuropathy for around 4 years. I have tried everything from medicines to creams and just about everything. My foot doctor asked me if I have tried any therapy on my feet for the neuropathy. I told him no. He suggested to try out Complete Rehab in Clemmons. I thought, well, I have tried everything else, so I would give it a try. I went to Complete Rehab, and it was the best decision I have ever made. My feet don't hurt at night anymore, and I can get a good night's sleep. I can now feel my feet. I haven't been able to feel my feet stepping onto the ground or onto stairs. Now I can feel my feet when I am walking. Brett and his staff are wonderful. If you have neuropathy, I suggest you make an appointment with these folks at Complete Rehab. I was to the point that I thought I was just gonna have to deal with it the rest of my life. Since I went to Complete Rehab and got the treatment that I got, my pain is gone. It is a blessing.”

I really enjoy my visits to Complete Rehab. After only five visits I was out in the front yard throwing the football with my grandson. I had been unable to do that up until now. This is after 10 years of really bad pain in my feet. I really enjoy my therapy visits. Brett Duffy and his great staff have created a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes me actually look forward to every appointment. Brett I give you an A+!!

I was referred to Complete Rehabilitation by my neurologist as they work to solve medical problems without surgery. I was having nerve pain. The pain at night was interrupting my sleep. Something had to change. My first meeting with Brett was a discussion about health concerns. He suggested a change in diet and to follow his process for treatment. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, always asking questions about the progress of my treatments. They create an atmosphere where all clients interact with each other during treatment.I am now at my last treatment and I feel I have the results that I was looking for(pain free). I would highly recommend giving Complete Rehab the opportunity to solve your health issues without the use of surgery.Thomas Vaught

I was diagnosed in 2005 with neuropathy by a neurologist. It was unspecified for cause and no treatment was recommended. Physicians noted through the years neuropathy was present, but no treatment was recommended. I was recommended to Complete Rehab by an individual whose wife had researched and identified Brett Duffy as having years of verified success in treatment of neuropathy symptoms. I was provided a thorough and informative consultation by Mr. Duffy and OT specialist, Samantha Puckett. The consultation was eye opening in identifying root causes of my condition and presenting evidence based solutions to address my symptoms of pronounced numbness in toes, feet, and lower legs, loss of hair on legs with accompanying lack of balance in walking. Ms. Puckett was assigned to me specifically from the beginning of treatment in assessing, treatment objectives, interventions and recording of progress. In the weeks of therapy treatment engaged in, Ms. Puckett was outstanding and exemplary in her knowledge of issues and how to address them, focused professionalism, inspiring enthusiasm and positive energ. She practiced a high level of skill in administering techniques and using time optimally during the treatment service. The results in the weeks of treatment were remarkable in effectiveness, determined to be 60 or more % restored feeling in toes, feet and lower legs, with strengthened stable balance in walking utilizing Infared/ultra sound treatments, specific exercises, and detailed instruction on foods allowed or not permitted for increased oxygenation of blood to restore sensation in feet and legs. I highly recommend Complete Rehab, the team of wonderful engaging staff of support and OT, and a particular shout out for the exemplary attention, expertise, concentrated engagement of skills and applied techniques by the multi-talented Ms. Samatha Puckett.

I was referred to Brett by my podiatrist, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed, like I was part of a community. That feeling only grew stronger with each visit. Being in my 40s, I wasn’t sure how comfortable I’d feel, but this team works so well with people of all ages. They truly make everyone feel at ease. I went in for treatment for non-diabetic neuropathy, and I primarily worked with Sam, who is incredibly caring, thorough, and friendly. It took a few sessions to notice changes, but the results have been life-changing. My nights of pain and numbness are nearly gone, and any flare-ups only happen when I stray from what I’ve learned. As an added bonus, I feel healthier, more active, and I’ve even lost 20 pounds! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking real, lasting results, no matter your age or condition.

TIn my case, neuropathy has been an insidious condition that has worsened over time. I have had numerous treatments including back surgeries, epidural injections, physical therapy, acupuncture and implanting of a spinal cord stimulator. The stimulator has decreased pain but has not helped with the numbness.Complete Rehab was my last resort for relief. Various medications have also had limited effect. I was initially skeptical about the infrared light therapy, but I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it.Bret Duffey uses a holistic approach of infrared light, ultra sound, massage, targeted exercise and proper nutrition. Unfortunately, I did not receive the relief with respect to numbness but did improve my functioning. First of all, my edema in feet and lower legs was resolved. I have been using my cane more often than my walker. I am hoping to walk without assistive devices event eventually. I have been able to resume driving after not driving for several years. I have lost approximately 12 pounds due to following the nutritional recommendations. The staff at Complete Rehab are phenomenal. They are so friendly and supportive. I enjoyed going to every session. I intend to go back to CR next year when my Medicare resets. And yes, Medicare covers the treatment offered at CR. So, you can’t go wrong by checking out Bret Duffey at Complete Rehab in Clemmons, NC.

His approach is individualized and personable; he treats patients as unique. He skillfully illuminates the nature and causes of neuropathy to enable you to have a clear understanding of “what is going on.” You are always a partner in the diagnosis and treatment plan.Brett and his staff display genuine concern. They are engaging, compassionate, skilled specialists. The setting made me feel “at home” and always welcome. To say that I am pleased with the results of my therapy at Complete Rehab is an understatement !Tim Collare,Clemmons, NC

I've had neuropathy for the last 10 years. My podiatrist recommended that I try Complete Rehab. I met with Brett Duffey for a consultation. After talking with Brett I knew I was at the right place. Brett explained what my commitment had to be in order for the program to be successful.I found Comp Rehab to be a very friendly and welcoming environment. The Staff is very knowledgeable and skilled in the application of your therapy. After about 2 weeks of inferred and message therapy, I started feeling some tingling in the bottom of my feet. As I received more therapy, my results have been positive. On week 5, I started Ultrasound therapy and started getting my deepest nerve feelings I've had in over 10 years. My ability to walk is easier now because my balance is better. I actually can feel the floor again. My wife and friends have commented that I am walking better. If they are noticing, it must be true.If you're struggling with neuropathy, give Complete Rehab a call and set up a consultation with Brett. If you're willing to make the commitment to the program, you can change your life around.Tim Felton

The moment I met Brett for a consultation of the issues I was having.with neuropathy I felt I was in the right place. He listened to everything I had to say and told me it was a two fold process physical therapy and education of my nerve disease. His honesty, kindness, and his knowledge I quickly felt yes I was in the right place to begin my journey of learning to manage my physical nerve issues. You receive physical therapy as well as being in the hands of very knowledgeable associates who are incredibly kind and work closely with Brett's vision of therapy and education. I highly recommend Complete Rehab for you to start your journey of healing.

I have been followed by a neurologist for 2 years for neuropathy. My symptoms were primarily tingling, numbness and perceived heat in both feet. After taking supplements for a couple of years, my symptoms remained essentially the same. My neurologist suggested that I try Complete Rehab. Over the years I have seen numerous advertisements for miraculous "cures" for neuropathy and I had no expectations for the treatment offered at Complete Rehab. I just considered it a possible "snake oil" that I could at least try. From my first phone call and speaking to June, I found the entire staff of Complete Rehab to be informative, compassionate, friendly and professional. Again, I had high hopes and low expectations. I can honestly say the perceived heat in my feet was gone after the first treatment! I was so thrilled, and I continued with the treatments and followed Brett's recommendations to follow a low carb diet and drink plenty of water. After 5 weeks of treatment 3 days a week, I have a significant decrease in numbness/tingling and the heat has not returned. I will say the symptoms not gone completely but they are significantly diminished, and there are many days that they don't even cross my mind.I am a retired School Psychologist and have worked with young people for 38 years. All staff of Complete Rehab, whether volunteers for experience and school credit or employees gaining experience as they further their postsecondary education or full-time employees were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It was wonderful to see everyone off their phones and I enjoyed lively adult conversations with these young people every time I went to my treatment.I highly recommend Complete Rehab if you are seeking treatment for your neuropathy.

I don’t have the words to express how amazing Complete Rehab has been for my husband. My husband had a minimally invasive decompression for spinal stenosis that left him with debilitating nerve pain post op. The nerves that had been compressed from the stenosis swelled once the lumbar was opened up. My husband was in agony with standing and sitting. He was so weak he could hardly stand. I’m a nurse and I researched treatments for nerve pain. Total Rehab came up. Infred treatments are FDA approved and covered by Medicare. After just one week of treatments the pain dramatically decreased. By the second week the pain went down even further. He went from hardly being able to stand to being almost pain free. I would recommend this to anyone. The staff is very nurturing and loving as well. Brett Duffy, the owner is knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. Don’t sit home in pain. Come to Complete Rehab and get some reliefI don’t recommend medical interventions that I don’t believe in. I believe in this place!Patricia Ajamie RN

Bret and staff quickly diagnosed my issues and began treatment at the first visit. My pain reduced with every visit. Everyone at Complete Rehab is competent, friendly and genuinely interested in creating a good outcome. I wish I would have sought them out sooner.

As a long term cancer patient, my neuropathy has worsened to the point of making even short walks too painful. Brett’s treatment has, in 3 weeks, allowed me to lose restless leg pain, and return to enjoying my former activities. The staff is genuinely supportive,; and the treatment painless and healing. Highly recommend this treatment.
RD & Norma Jean E.
I was at complete Rehab for a month for my treatments, drove 4 1/2 hours from where I live. Cannot say enough about Brett and his knowledge and expertise in his profession. Also I can say his staff are very knowledgeable and hands on with his patients which makes them a great team. I highly recommend Complete Rehab.

I am completely amazed with my experience at Complete Rehab. I suffered from neuropathy damage in my feet and it was starting in my hands when I was introduced to Complete Rehab. I made the appointment with no expectations of any changes due to always being told by doctors there is nothing you can do for neuropathy damage. I was completely sceptical and was not even planning on going back for therapy until after my consultation. I was placed in a room with several other patients receiving therapy as well. I sat and listened and thought well...maybe, just maybe. So I went back and on the third visit I felt something in my worst foot. I was amazed! With each visit I was more and more blown away with the changes taking place in my feet and with the breathing exercises Brett had introduced me to, I was having no symptoms at all in my hands. I am amazed at how all of the staff are so connected with your care. It is like visiting family with each visit. I have finished my therapy at Complete Rehab but I have not finished with my care as it is such a great feeling when Brett takes the time to call to make sure I am still doing fine. I wasn't planning on doing the sessions but I am so glad I did. I share my experience with Complete Rehab, Brett Duffey and his staff with everyone I know or come in contact with that show signs of neuropathy. If you are suffering you have absolutely nothing to lose but so much to gain. Julia Pixley, Hamptonville NC

THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO TO REMEDY YOUR PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY! Don’t waste your time and money going anywhere else. And please don’t let someone convince you to buy expensive equipment. Brett Duffey specializes in all kinds of Neuropathy and during my treatment, I witnessed how he and his amazing staff tailor their treatment and use of proper FDA-approved equipment to remedy neuropathy, based on individual patient symptoms and the type of Neuropathy that's been diagnosed. I went to Complete Rehab with burning pain in both my feet that also included tingling, numbness, and the feeling of a thousand needles stabbing my feet over and over again. Horrible pain! I suffered with this pain as my primary doctor, as well as a podiatrist and a spine specialist told me there was nothing I can do about it, except to take gabapentin for some symptom relief. Well, that medication was ineffective for me. Thank goodness I found Complete Rehab! Brett spent a lot of time with me on my Evaluation Visit, where he identified the type of neuropathy that I had. He has treated over 7,000 neuropathy patients, so he knows what he's talking about. Mine was called Oxygen-Deprived Neuropathy. Brett prescribed a treatment plan which not only consisted of therapy using his specialized, FDA-approved equipment for the treatment of neuropathy, but just as important, he put me on a specific diet that enhanced my body’s oxygen levels so that more oxygen is available to reach the nerves in my feet, which helps to provide pain relief. Brett takes a holistic view for his treatment plans. During my first week of treatment, I was already feeling some relief, but at the end of my second week of treatment, I experienced a VERY noticeable difference. I completed my treatment in 6 weeks, and I feel great. I still have a little bit of numbness and some slight tingling especially in the evenings, but my quality of life is night-and-day compared to what it was before I went to Complete Rehab. I've been out of treatment for a couple of months now, and still feeling great. The intense pain of burning and a thousand needles stabbing my feet all at once IS GONE!! Thank You, Brett! Thank You, Complete Rehab Staff! You are all a blessing!

Don’t wait, don’t walk , but run to Complete Rehab. I’m a cancer survivor🙌 but developed chemo induced neuropathy in 2019. Since then I have experienced debilitating pain every day with no hope in sight. It wasn’t until I started going to Complete Rehab a month ago have I been able to live without debating pain. I can wear shoes, walk, and get some sleep for the first time in over 2 years! Brett and his wonderful and professional staff will help you live again. I’ve been to Duke, Wake Forest Baptist, and several neologists and specialist to only be told that they have no idea how to cure the neuropathy and give opioids and other neurological medications to help me deal with the symptoms.
RICK P.
While having severe pain and burning in my feet and toes, especially in my right foot and toes, I decided to go see Brett to see if he could help me. I could not stand bed sheets to touch my feet and toes, or to wear shoes at times. I was skeptical, but I decided I had nothing to lose. Although I have been diagnosed with neuropathy, I had seen several specialists and they decided neuropathy was the primary issue. After several treatment visits to Brett, Brett noticed something that did not look normal going on in my right foot at one of my visits. Although this had been going on for close to two years, a scan was done on my right leg. I had an arterial blockage in my right thigh, and was told I could have eventually lost my right leg. I am so glad I did not change my mind about going to see Brett. His keen observation possibly helped save my right leg, and possibly my life. Thank you Brett!!! Rick.

Brett Is without a doubt the PT I have ever been to. I highly recommend his facility. Also fully agree with the above statement.
